Facilities for Rent at Katmandu
Consider Katmandu for your next birthday or graduation party, class or family reunion, bridal or baby shower, New Year’s or Christmas party, small group meeting, reception, corporate or youth group retreat. How about After Prom? Where will you have your organization’s annual banquet? Have a group over to watch the Super Bowl in our theater. We can even host your informal outdoor wedding! Lots of possibilities!
The Pool House (it’s like a tropical paradise!)
Most of the people who rent from us have parties that include swimming as the primary activity. Kids and parents alike love it.
Amenities include:
Heated L-shaped pool (about 24’ x 40’)
Water slide
Bathroom, Separate Changing Room, Shower room
Radiant Heater warms the air around the pool
Disco Ball
The “Studio”
We call this room the studio because it’s where we hold yoga classes. But it’s also where your group would gather to sit and eat during your party. We’ll set up tables and chairs (see photos) to fit your needs.
The Studio is very versatile. There is a gas fireplace and a serving counter on the opposite wall (with plenty of electrical outlets for crock pots, coffee pots, etc.). There is a large screen TV above the serving counter. The studio opens to the pool house and also to the patio and deck space.
Use the studio in conjunction with the pool, theater, and/or outdoor spaces, but it can also be rented on its own for meetings, bridal or baby showers, small groups such as book clubs or Bible study groups, or craft circles.
The "Theater"
We have a theater with a 24’ projection screen and an awesome sound system; there’s also a theater-style popcorn maker! Watch a film during your party (bring your own DVD or BluRay), documentary, training film, or PowerPoint presentation on the big screen from the comfort of our reclining leather chairs.
The theater can be rented on its own (perhaps to watch a game), but many people incorporate a movie into their birthday parties. Swim, eat your cake, and then watch a movie!
The "Patio"
In warm weather months, the outdoor spaces at Katmandu can be enjoyed along with the other facilities described above for your family reunions, graduations, and other gatherings. We have a large patio area with lots of seating (tables, chairs, patio umbrellas, and a porch swing). There is a gas fire pit outside the pool house.
The "Stage"
And there is a covered deck which we call the Stage because it is wired for sound and can accommodate a small band for live music. You can sing Kareoke, bring a DJ, or incorporate live music into your parties.
Pricing: Rental pricing starts at $50 an hour
The simple answer to “How much?” is, “It depends;” it depends on how many hours you want for your party and how many people will be attending, in addition to the extent of the spaces/facilities you will be using (parties that use ALL the spaces, such as summer parties that include the patio, stage, and yard, will run a bit more).
